Ch.15

For Cultural Transformations I read a lot of interesting new things I did not know about before. For example, Christianity was mostly limited to Europe at the beginning of the modern era. Christianity was divided in to Roman Catholic of Western and Central Europe and the Eastern Orthodox of Eastern Europe. Christianity was so global around the 1500, it was so crazy to me. There was also a Rein-formation in 1517 when Martin Luther publicly debated with the Roman Catholic Church. He talked about salvation and how faith was a gift to us all. And there was also a lot of debates about Protestants and Catholics. It spread around the German country. Christianity then spread outwards as the rein-formation was encountered. SO much had happened during this time, so astonishing!
